1. Pain After Exercise
If you exercise often and you always feel a significant amount of pain after exercising, that is long-term pain and swelling of some body parts, not just muscle soreness, you should never ignore this. This pain may be as a result of a temporary damage of the muscle or bone which can become permanent if not taken care of quickly. If you experience pain constantly after exercise, then you should reduce your workouts, and apply ice to the painful area. If the pain does not stop, please see your physician immediately.
2. Severe Head Pain
This is not the same as normal headaches or migraines, but that traumatising type of a headache with constant peaks within seconds or minutes. A headache may become so intense that it not only affects your vision but your mental functions. This is a sign you should never ignore. It’s advisable to set up a checkup with your Doctor.
3. Losing Weight Without Trying
Many people may consider a sudden or rapid loss of weight a blessing, but it is important to be careful when you observe this. Rapid or constant weight loss when you have done nothing to effect it, and you didn’t change anything in your diet, lifestyle, activity or exercise, can be an indication of an underlying health condition. You should never ignore this and go for a medical checkup.
4. Always Very Thirsty
If you observe that you feel thirsty than usual, it could be a sign you should pay serious attention to. Also, if the frequent thirst is followed by any swelling of your body parts or rapid weight gain, or it is accompanied by fatigue or nausea, you should endeavour to meet your Doctor as soon as possible.
